In this session, Registered Associate Nutritionist Beth Tripp, who is an experienced health coach with a passion for helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes, will present a real-lifecase focused on supporting someone on GLP-1 medication.

  • A full client case presentation, including background, eating habits and barriers to change

  • Group discussion where you’ll be encouraged to share ideas, ask questions and reflect on your own approach

  • Expert insights into strategies used, including nutrition recommendations and behaviour change


About Beth Tripp

Beth has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour from Bournemouth University, and following her studies, Beth became registered with the Association for Nutrition as a Registered Associate Nutritionist. Beth is an experienced health coach and nutrition professional with a passion for helping others make sustainable lifestyle changes. She currently works at MANUAL, where she supports members using GLP-1 medications, combining digital coaching with a strong focus on behaviour change and motivational interviewing.

 

With a background that spans several health and wellness organisations—including ICE Creates, Second Nature, and Embla—Beth has delivered 1:1 coaching on everything from weight management and physical activity to smoking cessation and alcohol reduction. She’s also created a wide range of content, from evidence-based articles and recipes to training sessions and webinars.

 

In addition to her coaching work, Beth is the Education Coordinator at Nutrition Graduates, where she organises and hosts professional development webinars for students and early-career nutritionists. She’s known for her approachable style, strong communication skills, and dedication to making evidence-based health guidance accessible and engaging.
