  • You’re constantly scrolling Instagram and TikTok and googling how to lose weight, but feel so overwhelmed and confused by all the information out there

  • You’re jumping from diet to diet, because nothing seems to work

  • You’re losing a few pounds and regaining those same pounds, over and over again

  • You feel hopeless and convinced that you’ll never be able to lose weight

  • You dream of fitting back into your favourite clothes… but right now they’re too tight, uncomfortable and some of them are a dress size or two small.

  • You’re constantly tired and rely on caffeine to carry you through the day

  • You’re cutting out food groups and food feels boring because you can no longer eat your favourite foods like chocolate, biscuits and crisps 😋

Does this sound like you?

If this is you… then you’re ready to wave goodbye to dieting forever and fit comfortably and confidently back into your clothes whilst enjoying food with 1-1 nutrition support.

My tried and tested approach to weight loss includes...

  • Waving goodbye to tedious calorie counting

  • Building nourished plates and snacks that keep you full and energised

  • Ensuring you lose weight whilst enjoying your favourite food (p.s. mine is chocolate! I’d love to know yours)

  • Food first, supplements second approach - imagine adding food into your diet, rather than taking it away!

  • Measuring progress in the way that works best for you…you don’t have to measure weight loss by just stepping on the scales!

Sarah's Transformation

When Sarah came to me, she couldn’t lose weight despite calorie counting and going to the gym regularly. She wanted to get out of her weight loss rut and feel more confident in her body and clothes, and was ready for support.

With the Evolve package, I worked with Sarah to get the number on the scales to go down after months of it being stuck at the same number, helped her fit back into jeans she had kept at the back of the cupboard that hadn’t fit in years, and helped her feel confident in her body.

Together, we:

  • Ditched calorie counting and focused on building a nourished plate, which kept her fuller between meals so she needed to snack less often

  • Explored how she could eat out regularly and still continue losing weight

  • Made simple swaps to her snacks, so when she did snack, she didn’t find herself hungry only 10 minutes later

By the end of our time together, Sarah feels confident that she’s eating in a way that allows her to lose weight and look after her health, and as a result she’s wearing jeans that used to gather dust at the back of her cupboard, and is relieved she’ll never have to calorie count again!

FAQs

Do you offer meal plans?

When working together, you will be empowered to be able to make healthy decisions for your needs and goals. As a result, I do not offer meal plans as I believe these are restrictive, and prevent you from freely saying “yes!” to last minute dinner opportunities when your friend asks if you want to go out together. Imagine if you were following a meal plan, and your friend asks you to go out for a spontaneous dinner date - how much guilt would you feel for going “off plan’? Instead, let’s skip the guilt, and work together to teach you how to eat for your needs and goals, no matter where you are… even if you’re eating out!

Can you help me lose weight if I have a health condition?

I’m trained to support weight loss in people with a range of health conditions. This includes high cholesterol, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), thyroid issues, endometriosis and IBS.

I can also support women going through menopause, as well as anyone experiencing constipation or bloating.

Unfortunately, I cannot support anyone with an active eating disorder, cancer or athletes looking to meet specific weight requirements for their sport.

Do you provide blood tests or intolerance tests?

Blood tests aren’t always necessary, but may be helpful in some situations. For example, if it’s suspected you have a nutrient deficiency or your cholesterol levels need assessing. I can support you in requesting necessary access to blood tests via the NHS or a private doctor.

Many at-home intolerance tests have limited evidence that they provide accurate results. As a result, I do not recommend at-home intolerance testing, as these usually recommend removing lots of food, which isn’t always needed and can do more harm than good. If you suspect you have a food intolerance, the safest way to identify this is via a short-term exclusion diet, with support from a Nutritionist or Dietitian. Please let me know if you suspect a food intolerance. The exception to this is lactose intolerance, which your GP can test for via a breath test.

How do I know whether Kickstart or Evolve is right for me?

Evolve has been designed to give you heaps of accountability, via a 30 minute video call every 2 weeks and access to me on speed dial via messaging. Starting any new change can be tricky to begin with, which is why accountability is key, making this the perfect package for you if you’ve found yourself struggling to keep up new habits in the past.

Kickstart has been designed for clients who need help understanding the actions they need to take, and just a touch of accountability here and there, to keep you on track.

How many appointments will I need?

Everyone progresses at different paces, which is why you will have the option to extend your nutrition support following your initial support package. This will be spoken about towards the end of your initial support period.

"Working with Lucy, has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! She has taken the time to really work with and understand my goals, in the most supportive way. I have left every meeting feeling 100 times better than I started. And I have never felt more empowered and positive around my food choices and fitting good nutrition into every day lift with no limitations or restrictions. I can happily say she has helped me to reach my goals in just 3 months and I'm looking forward to working on the next steps with her. She truly is amazing!"
