About Lucy Jones (ANutr)

Lucy Jones is a Harley Street, Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) who works with women (and men!) to empower healthier food choices without restriction.

Having healed her own previously poor relationship with food and overcome the confusion of nutrition misinformation, Lucy is brilliant at putting herself in her client's shoes. She's able to connect with her clients in a way that other nutritionists can't.

Lucy is on a mission to offer simple, realistic and accessible nutrition support and founded Lutrition in 2021. She shows her clients how to enjoy food and how it can nourish and nurture both body and mind. She's known for her empathetic and collaborative approach, which sees her clients thrive and smashing their dietary and lifestyle goals in a way that suits them best.
