Join us for a practical, discussion-based event where we dive into real client scenarios and explore how to apply nutrition knowledge in real life.


In this session, specialist Gastroenterology Registered Dietitian Estelle Kearney will present a real-life case of a client with irritable bowel syndrome.

About Estelle

Estelle is a specialist Gastroenterology dietitian, with extensive experience in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other complex gastrointestinal conditions. She graduated from her dietetics degree in 2020 with a first class honours from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She completed further specialist training in 2021 with King’s College London on IBS and the low

FODMAP diet.


Estelle has a breadth of experience working across NHS teaching hospitals, including leading a neurogastroenterology dietetic service for patients with disorders of the gut-brain interaction. She now works in a leading private hospital in London as an advanced dietitian, where she sees clients with IBS, in addition to other gastrointestinal, metabolic and Women’s Health conditions. Estelle has a strong interest in female-specific gut health, and she is passionate about helping clients manage troublesome gut symptoms to improve their quality of life.


Estelle regularly facilitates corporate education and workplace wellbeing workshops on gut health. She has presented to medical and healthcare professionals on IBS, in line with the latest evidence-based research. Alongside this, Estelle enjoys health writing and content creation, and she supports her own clients in private practice with their gut health.
