Banana and Blueberry Baked Oats

Start your day right with these deliciously healthy banana and blueberry baked oats.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 medium bananas
200g oats
1tbsp ground flaxseed
1tsp baking powder
1.5tsp ground cinnamon
1tbsp maple syrup or honey
400ml cow's milk or soya milk
200g blueberries

Recipe
1. Preheat a fan oven to 180 degrees celsius.
2. Mash the bananas in a square ovenproof dish.
3. Add in all the other ingredients, except the blueberries.
4. Stir until combined.
5. Add the blueberries and gently mix to evenly distribute them.
6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until just cooked through and browning on top.
7. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into 4 slices.
Serve with greek yoghurt and your favourite fruit.
Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
