Banana and Blueberry Baked Oats

Start your day right with these deliciously healthy banana and blueberry baked oats.

Serves: 4⁠


  • 2 medium bananas⁠

  • 200g oats⁠

  • 1tbsp ground flaxseed⁠

  • 1tsp baking powder⁠

  • 1.5tsp ground cinnamon⁠

  • 1tbsp maple syrup or honey⁠

  • 400ml cow's milk or soya milk⁠

  • 200g blueberries⁠


1. Preheat a fan oven to 180 degrees celsius.⁠

2. Mash the bananas in a square ovenproof dish.⁠

3. Add in all the other ingredients, except the blueberries.⁠

4. Stir until combined.⁠

5. Add the blueberries and gently mix to evenly distribute them.⁠

6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until just cooked through and browning on top.⁠

7. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into 4 slices.⁠

Serve with greek yoghurt and your favourite fruit.⁠

Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
