Banana Bread Energy Balls

These tiny bites of banana goodness really pack an energy-boosting punch - yet they're so simple to make!


  • 120g Oats

  • 120g Almond Butter (Or nut butter of your choice)

  • 50g Dates

  • 1/2 Small Banana

  • 50g Protein Powder (I used Bulk Powders Speculoos flavour)

  • 3tbsp Water (You may need more or less - it will depend on the consistency)


  1. Blend the dates into a paste using a food processor.

  2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add all the ingredients and the dates to the mashed banana in the mixing bowl.

  4. Mix until everything has come together. The consistency should be firm enough that it will 'stick' together.

  5. Use a tablespoon to measure out each ball and roll until a smooth ball forms.
