From anti-inflammatory omega 3 (flaxseed) and skin supporting zinc (flaxseed) to antioxidants vitamin C (strawberries), vitamin E (almonds) and selenium (flaxseed) - all of these nutrients will help to look after your skin.

Serves 1-2


  • 1 banana

  • 220g strawberries

  • 50g Almonds

  • 40g Oats

  • 130g Yoghurt

  • 260ml Milk

  • 1tbsp Flaxseeds


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
