Whilst these might taste just like Christmas, these are definitely going to be making an appearance year-round. They're super easy to make (No baking necessary!) and are packed full of nutrients to leave you glowing.
100g pitted medjool dates
50g whole almonds
1tsp ground ginger
Pinch of mixed spice
80g 70-80% dark chocolate
Add all the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, to a blender.
Blend until combined. You might need a little bit of water if the mixture looks dry.
Press down into a square tin. (Note: The tin size doesn't matter but it might alter how thick or thin they are)
Melt the chocolate and then evenly cover the mixture in the tin.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Slice and serve.
