This delicious pear and banana smoothie is packed full of gut loving foods. Prebiotic fibre, which feeds your gut bacteria, can be found in pears, bananas and oats. Whilst live culture containing yoghurt can be good for gut health too.
1 ripe banana
70g yoghurt with live cultures
*For extra nutrients, leave the pear whole and don't remove the peel.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
