Walnut and Cinnamon Energy Balls

Give yourself an afternoon boost with these easy-to-make walnut and cinnamon energy balls.
Makes 10
Ingredients
100g walnuts
50g oats
100g dates, pitted
1tsp cinnamon
50g almond butter

Recipe
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until combined. The longer you mix the ingredients for, the smoother these balls will be.
2. Roll into 10 equal sized balls.
3. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
Top tip: If the mixture is too dry, add in a dash of water.
